Return & Refund Policy

At NorthernStride™, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return policy for eligible items.

15-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Include original packaging and tags (where applicable)
  • Be free from damage caused by misuse, wear, or improper handling
  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if used or opened. Clearance, final-sale, or personalized items may also be non-refundable unless defective.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or an incorrect product was received.

Exchanges

We currently replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.
