We ship across South Africa and offer the following delivery options:
- Standard Delivery: 8–11 business days
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over a certain threshold — check the announcement bar for current promotions.
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking details. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
↩️ Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your NorthernStride gear. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process:
- Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- To initiate a return, contact us at our Contact page with your order number and reason for return
🔄 Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
